1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the qe33 platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By using the qe33 website, application, or any of its services, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is a direct violation of qe33's policy and may result in the suspension or cancellation of all such accounts. qe33 reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses or winnings earned across multiple accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, address, and contact details. Opening and operating an account with false information is against qe33's policy. If identity verification is required, qe33 may request the necessary documents from you.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The approved payment methods for depositing funds on the qe33 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party or in someone else's name are not permitted.
• It may generally take a few minutes for a deposit to be reflected in your account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A successful withdrawal generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, qe33 reserves the right to place that transaction on hold and request additional information from the relevant user. Money laundering and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on qe33 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not to the original deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once — each offer applies once per account.
• In cases of bonus abuse or violation of bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• qe33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

qe33 offers a three-tier VIP program for regular players. Through this program, members can enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Moving up from one tier to a higher tier depends on your activity and play on the platform. qe33 reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

6 Game Rules & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Obligation

All users on the qe33 platform must participate with honesty and fairness. Any form of cheating, software-based manipulation, or attempts to harm the platform by colluding with other players are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qe33:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial crime.

6.3 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of any of the above rules, qe33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit its balance.
